US Customers
What to Expect (as of September 2025)
As of August 29th, 2025, the Trump Administration removed the de minimis exception. This means that all parcels shipped to the U.S., regardless of value, are now subject to tariffs.

However, we have made it very simple and cost effective for you! If you choose the Standard Shipping option at checkout (our most affordable option, or free for orders over $250), we will pre-pay the duties and taxes on your shipment. This means you should not receive any customs invoices or notifications—your order should arrive smoothly with no unexpected fees. Consider it a little thank you from us!
If you select an Express Shipping option (via DHL or UPS), duties and taxes are not covered by us. DHL and UPS charge additional brokerage fees on top of duties and taxes, which must be paid at the time your shipment clears U.S. customs. You should expect notifications from DHL or UPS requesting payment before your parcel can be delivered.
As per our policy, if a customer refuses to pay customs fees and the parcel is not delivered, we are not responsible for reimbursement or replacement. If you choose Express Shipping, please be prepared to cover any applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

General Shipping & Returns Policy
We ship globally from Calgary, Canada, and all orders are shipped discretely—no indication on the outside of the parcel reveals the intimate nature of the contents.
Orders are shipped within 1-4 business days of placement. Customers will receive a tracking number once their order is shipped.
Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, we maintain a no return policy (no refunds or exchanges), except in rare cases where:
The product is damaged upon arrival, or
The parcel fails to deliver successfully.
In such cases, please notify us at info@rosebushwoman.com to arrange a replacement or (partial) refund.We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer. You may place a new order in this case. If the parcel is returned to us, we will reship once additional shipping & handling fees are paid.
If an order is returned because customs fees were not paid, we will also reship upon payment of additional shipping & handling fees.
Customs fees, duties, and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are unpredictable and not covered by us. If a customer refuses to pay these fees and does not receive the parcel, we are not responsible for reimbursement or replacement.
