  • In Simple Steps:

    • Prepare the Space: Choose a quiet, comfortable area where you can relax without interruptions. Place a towel or cushion on the floor to sit on.

    • Boil the Herbs: Bring 2-4 cups of water to a boil. Add your chosen herbal blend.

    • Set Up the Steam: Carefully pour the hot herbal water into a heat-safe bowl. Place the bowl on the floor, ensuring it’s stable.

    • Position Yourself: Remove your clothes from the waist down. Wrap a large blanket or towel around your waist to keep the steam in. Carefully kneel or squat over the bowl, ensuring you’re comfortable and the steam can reach your yoni.

    • Relax & Steam: Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and relax. Allow the steam to envelop your yoni for 20-30 minutes. Use this time for meditation, deep breathing, or simply being present. Feel free to put on some music that helps you drop in.

    • Finish & Rest: When you’re done, gently dry yourself and rest for a few minutes. Be sure to drink plenty of water.
